The story of NZ made marshmallow from Hamilton based artisan confectioners.

Great Day Mallow was established in a Hamilton home kitchen with a few Kenwood mixers from the '70’s and inspiration from a Great Grandfather who crafted quality confectionery for Auckland theaters in the '30s.

We embarked on a mission to create a range of unique marshmallows of unparalleled flavour, and since then we have enjoyed the never-ending challenge of keeping up with demand as more & more Kiwis try Mallow for themselves.

Every batch is crafted with care and jam-packed with flavour using the very best ingredients we can find in New Zealand today, and we proudly source all of our ingredients and packaging from New Zealand suppliers.
