Fresh or Preserved
Fresh is definitely best with marshmallow, and that's why we make in small batches and keep minimal stock on hand. Our advice is to eat them when you get them, but we do seal our mallow in bags that keep them good for at least a few months. Keep them in an airtight container and out of the sun, but no refrigeration necessary.
Shipping
Mallow will typically be dispatched within 1 to 3 days of your order, but it can be up to 7 days during the lead up to Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentines, Easter and Christmas periods.
A physical address must be provided for delivery as our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.

Great Day Mallow was established in 2017 with a plume of sugar dust in the Waikato.
In a home kitchen with a cake mixer from the 1970s our founders took inspiration from a Great Grandfather who crafted quality confectionery for Auckland theaters in the 1930s. A purpose ignited to create unique marshmallow of unparalleled flavour and texture.
One mixer turned into two, and then three while the reality set in that a home was not equiped to handle the rising numbers of marshmallow being made, and it was clear that we needed to take the leap. Today, in a purpose designed mallow kitchen, the craft and commitment of the Mallow crew to produce the best marshmallow in New Zealand is the same as the day we started.
You might see us around at some of New Zealand's best retailers of gourmet foods, receive a pack in a lovingly curated gift hamper or have us send your favourite direct from our kitchen to your door. Either way, we are so glad you stopped by our place, and we hope you enjoy our marshmallow.
